4. Training & Courses
Training courses offered by the BFC are subject to availability. By booking a course, you agree to the following:
- Course fees must be paid in full prior to attendance unless otherwise agreed
- Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the course start date may incur a cancellation fee
- The BFC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered
- Certification is awarded at the discretion of the accrediting body (e.g., EAL) and is subject to successful completion of all assessments
- Course materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced
5. Use of the BFC Member Badge
The BFC member badge is provided to active members in good standing for use on websites, vehicles, and marketing materials. Use of the badge is governed by the following conditions:
- The badge may only be used by current, paid-up members
- The badge must not be altered, distorted, or used in any misleading manner
- Use of the badge must cease immediately upon termination or lapse of membership
- The BFC retains all intellectual property rights in the badge design
